21-day home practice Jumpstart.
Support to establish your spiritual practice over 21 days, with four in-depth, 1-hour sessions for a strong foundation.
These sessions can be used to ground your current practice, experiment with new practices, explore a topic area that you want to focus on, or get a thorough introduction to meditation in a form that suits you.
• In the first session, we will discuss your needs, interests and background in spiritual practice. I will share possible practices suited to your interest and focus, which might include forms of meditation, mantra, chant, movement, shrine building, ritual, prayer, inquiry, writing and spiritual reading. Together we will create a plan for you to experiment with during the following week, and I suggest that you commit to a minimum of one 30-minute session on your own every day.
• In the second session, we will reflect together on your process and address any concerns that came up in your practice. I will share with you how I work with the practices to go deeper and stay connected to my intentions during daily activities —methods you can experiment with in the following week. I encourage you for this week to commit to a minimum of 45-minutes of focussed practice per day, which can be done at once or divided into segments.
• In the third session, we will again reflect together on your process and address any concerns that came up in your practice. We will focus on going still deeper with the work and seeing together what it suggests for practice the following week.
• In the final session, we will reflect on the overall 21-day process and clarify where it makes sense for you to go with your practice from here. You will leave the session with clear next steps.
